Cancellation Policy
Within 24 Hours
Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order.
For online purchases: The 24-hour period is counted from the time the order is placed.
For offline purchases: The 24-hour period is counted from the date and time shown on the invoice.
If payment was made online using a debit card, credit card, or internet banking, a 2% payment gateway fee will be deducted from the invoice value upon cancellation.
After 24 Hours
Cancellations requested after 24 hours will fall under our Return, Refund, or Buyback Policy.
Exchange Policy
Customers may exchange a product within the same category and of similar weight as originally purchased.
Exchanges involving a different denomination, weight, or category will be treated under our Return, Refund, or Buyback Policy.
Conditions for Exchange:
The product must be returned in unused condition.
It must include the original product, company label, and packaging.
The exchange will be processed only after a thorough testing and quality check.

Eligibility Criteria:
The request will be evaluated based on the product condition and original transaction details.
The product must be returned with:
The original item
The original company label
The original packaging
The product must be in unused condition.
Processing Details:
All returns, refunds, or buybacks will be processed only after a complete testing and quality check at the head office.
The buyback rate will be 1% lower than the original selling rate.
Refund amounts will be calculated excluding GST, in accordance with the company's standard buyback policy.
Return / Refund / Buyback – Calculation Policy
100% of the gold/silver value is applicable for return, refund, or buyback, subject to the terms below.
Calculation Method:
The applicable buyback rate is calculated as:
Aspect Bullion Live Website Selling Rate – 1%
This adjusted rate is then multiplied by the weight of the gold or silver product.
Making charges, GST, and any other applicable charges from the original purchase will be deducted from the final refundable amount.
Refund Process:
Cash refunds are not allowed.
Refunds will be processed by DA Jewels via NEFT, RTGS, or Cheque.
Customers must provide:
A cancelled cheque or valid bank account details
Government-issued ID proof
